The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a dental setting, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities Assist the dentist during dental procedures and surgeries Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments Take and develop dental X-rays Perform dental charting, documentation, and recordkeeping Provide chair-side assistance for various dental procedures (fillings, crown and bridge work, extractions, & root canals) Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Current California RDA License Current basic life support (CPR) certification Excellent Communication Skills Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials At least 1 year of experience in clinical setting Current RDA license in the state of California Current CPR certification 1 year of experience Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced environment Cali Kids Dental offers competitive pay, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) retirement plan, Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays, Performance Bonuses, Company social events and social media campaigns throughout the year, complimentary and discounted orthodontic treatment for yourself and immediate family, and much more!
