Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience as a program manager or supervisor, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions.
