Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the HR Analyst performs highly responsible, complex and sensitive HR functions.
This position requires strong research, analytical skills while using sound judgment, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret and make recommendations.
The HR Analyst effectively communicates with internal and external customers to provide a high-level of customer service and has the ability to handle highly stressful and confidential matters with discretion.
The position provides coordination of full cycle recruitment and selection, benefits administration, payroll duties, leave management and other HR programs.
This position will provide analytical support in employee and labor relations, training and development, performance management, worker's compensation and other HR related programs.
