We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Westview Healthcare Center.
As an RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring they adhere to the facility's policies and procedures - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing team, providing coaching and feedback as necessary - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents - Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation - Assist in staff scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained at all times - Conduct regular rounds to assess resident care and address any concerns or issues promptly - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and professional growth - Act as a resource and provide support to the nursing staff, assisting with complex patient care situations
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of California - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting - Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and mentor a team - Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in electronic medical record systems and computer skills
