Information System Technician Activities Include:
Main point of contact for the Help Desk 9000 line.
Creates and assigns work tickets via electronic ticketing system during service hours.
Utilizes technical expertise when troubleshooting, isolating, diagnosing and resolving common network problems within Local Area Network (LAN).
Analyzes and resolves technical problems for end users.
Create and administer Active Directory accounts and agency email (create/delete accounts, troubleshoot and train).
Administers VoIP phone system (password resets, voicemail boxes, phone builds).
Orders new phone lines and repairs to existing lines as needed.
Prepares, presents and/or coordinates computer, network and applications training for staff and also for new hires in small group sessions.
Conduct Information Security Awareness Training with the Chapa-De workforce, and also for new hires small group sessions.
Experience and Skills
Qualifications:
oAA degree or 2 years of experience, preferably in healthcareoKnowledge of Windows Server, Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Office Solutions, Active Directory, Apple iOS, VM Ware and HyperVoExperience with SolarWinds / NCentral toolsoKnowledge of computer maintenance, software support, network design, cabling, database management, technical writing documentation, HIPAAJob BenefitsBenefit Highlights:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
