Provide an excellent customer service experience to customers seeking to service or repair their vehicles.
You will understand the needs of the customer, create the repair order, keep the customer updated on the status of the vehicle, verify warranty or service contract coverage and maintain a good relationship with the customer.
What it takes:
One year minimum experience CDK/ADP experience preferred Focus on customer service and a great attitude
Responsibilities:
Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections, checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.
Verify warranty and service contract coverage Develop estimates by costing parts and labor Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures.
Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns.
