- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written and audio) across various social media platforms - Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback - Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives - Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to optimize social media content - Use analytics tools to track and report on social media performance
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms and their respective best practices - Experience with proofreading and editing content for web and e-commerce platforms - Proficiency in photography and video editing software - Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and techniques - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions Note:
