Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients - Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing - Collect patient information and update electronic health records using dental software system, Dentrix - Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix a plus! - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and dental staff - Knowledge of front desk procedures in a dental office setting - Familiarity with phone systems and handling patient inquiries over the phone This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a customer service environment.
