This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounting, bookkeeping, and other related financial tasks.

Responsibilities:
As an AR Specialist, you will be tasked with the following:
1.
Manage and oversee all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in a timely manner.
2.
Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to maintain financial records, produce reports, and perform account reconciliations.
3.
Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date.
4.
Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
5.
Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and procedures to improve the accuracy and efficiency of accounts receivable operations.
6.
Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
7.
Provide financial information and reports to management, aiding in the decision-making process.
8.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the AR Specialist role should possess the following
Qualifications:
1.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field.
2.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other financial management software.
3.
Strong knowledge of general ledger functions and the account reconciliation process.
4.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
5.
Excellent bookkeeping skills, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
6.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts.
7.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8.
A proactive problem-solver who can identify issues and implement effective solutions.
9.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
