Summary:
Is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance issues at FLYERS operated fueling sites. Monitors site compliance, performs training, attends facility required testing and compliance inspections, interfaces with local oversight agency inspectors, maintains files and keeps current on new laws and regulations. Performs general facility maintenance and troubleshooting coordinated through maintenance dispatch. This position reports to the Environmental Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Maintain a working knowledge of all current Local, State, and Federal regulations pertaining to Underground Storage Tanks (UST) and Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST).
Attend inspections and compliance testing at Company facilities.
Interface with Local, State, and Federal regulatory agencies and personnel on a regular basis.
Maintain Company standards pertaining to matters of compliance with both existing and upcoming regulatory requirements.
Maintain records associated with the underground and above ground storage tank systems to include: Permits, testing, hazardous materials business plans (HMBP), financial responsibility, emergency response plans, Spill prevention counter control measure plans (SPCC), and Storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPP).
Ensure all health and safety related training is maintained up to date and all employees are receiving proper training.
Coordinate with all necessary parties to ensure that UST equipment including: piping, dispenser pan, automatic tank gauge, tank and pipe monitoring, overspill and overfill protection, and dispensers are all operated and maintained within proper compliance.
Regularly utilize a working knowledge of Air Pollution Control District (APCD) regulations for testing site equipment.
Maintain a working knowledge of Weights and Measures requirement for calibration of dispensing equipment.
Maintain a working knowledge of Local, State, and Federal health department regulations and fire codes throughout multiple districts.
Manage on-site hazardous waste program to ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal practices.
Maintain Company on-site maintenance inventory program.
Perform basic maintenance and repair of fuel dispensing equipment, point of sale systems, computers, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, and small appliance repair.
Identify, order, pick up, and install parts needed to complete repairs to equipment or facilities.
Support maintenance dispatch when needed, and provide 24/7 on call relief for dispatch as needed or scheduled.
Ensure facilities, both Company and Franchisee operated, are maintaining all Flyers image standards.
Interface with franchise and dealer site operators.
Maintain effective communication through company helpdesk system and Smartsheet project management applications.
Perform other specific tasks as assigned by the Environmental Manager.

Stay familiar with the Company Handbook and Company Policies
Communicate effectively with team members in other departments to resolve problems and provide information as needed

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be capable of performing each of the above stated essential duties satisfactorily. Fulfillment of responsibilities requires successful completion of state sponsored Designated Operator (DO) and Weights and Measures certification. EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED): or one to three month's related experience. Proficient in MS Office applications and Google applications/email required. Experience with Salesforce and Smartsheet, is a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
